VERDEJO ZAPADORADO White wine produced using 100% Verdejo grapes from family owned vineyards.

Characteristics: Very clean, brilliant yellow color. Complex nose with scents of pineapple and peach and nuances of anise Rich floral bouquet. Full bodied and well structured in the mouth. Pleasantly tart flavors characteristic of the Verdejo grape
Recommendations: To serve the wine to a temperature as 46 to 49º F. Serve with seafood, fish, patés, cheeses, rice and pastas.
