Bodegas Sonsierra was established in 1961 as a coop with 229 members. All were longtime winegrowers in the Sonsierra section of the Ropja
DO. Renovations begun in 2002 have greatly expanded the productivity of the Bodega.
Characteristics: A pale yellow color, aroma of white fruits (pear and banana)
with soft floral hints, very flavorful and well balanced with very integrated fresh
acidity, pleasant and subtle aftertaste
Recommendations: Serve the wine at a temperature of 46 to 49º F. Serve with seafood, fish, patés, cheeses, rice and pastas
