SILENTIUM Aged in Oak is a young wine aged 5 months in Oak barrels and 3 months in bottles. It has an intensive cherry red color, with hints of violet. This wine has a strong fragrance that harmoniuosly combines the aromas of ripe fruit and wood. Fruity and fleshy in the mouth, with sweet and intense tannin and wood tastes in the background, resulting in a delightful and full bodied wine.
Crianza is aged at least 12 months in oak barrels and sold after the 1st of October of the second year following harvest. SILENTIUM crianza has an intesive bright red color, with hints of violet and a light tile color cap. Clean, strong and complex bouquet with a clear balance of fruit and a spicy sensation from being aged in oak. Body, structure and consistency are noted in the mouth, distinguished by the fineness in tannins which enhance in roundness. Sumptuous and elegant in the mouth.
