This family owned winery is dedicated to the production of Cavas. The company is located in Torrelles de Foix, in the heart of the Cava and D.O. Penedès Region, at 55 Km. south of Barcelona, northeast of Spain. The Masachs family has produced wines and cavas since the beginning of last century and, presently, the third generation of the family, formed by the two brothers Josep and Joan Masachs, runs the company. |

40% Xarel·lo, 30% Macabeo, 30% Parellada Characteristics: Very pale yellow with golden highlights. Good release of tiny bubbles. Aromas of ripe banana and apple. The taste is fresh, warm and rounded. Balanced with medium body and good finish. Recommendations: Ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to appetizers, fish, shellfish and white meats |
