La Mancha, an area made familiar to the world though literature, is located on the central plains of
Spain in the Castilla La Mancha region.
It is one of the largest wine growing regions in the world. The DO was created in 1976.

Red:Cencibel (Tempranillo), Garnacha, Moravia, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah
White: Airén, Macabeo (Viura), Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc
