Bodegas Guadiola
This family-run business weas founded in 1850 by Francisco Guardiola after cultivating Monastrell grape variety for several years. At Bodegas Guardiola, all Monastrell grapes are picked up from vines with more than 25 years-old. Varietals such as Tempranillo, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are also used to offer a wider range of wines.

Solage
Monastrell 50% - Tempranillo 50%

Characteristics: The wine has a deep granet color, aromas of red currant, cherries and cranberries and is complex and refreshing

Recommendations: Solage complements pasta, cured cheeses, all kinds of meats and fish
