different areas in Catalunya.

is one of the coopeative partners of Castell D’Or. The winery is located in

Francolí Brut Reserva Cava
This fine Cava is made from Macabeo and Parellada grapes
Characteristics: Very pale yellow with golden highlights. Good release of tiny bubbles. Aromas are assertive yet delicate with
hints of flowers and honey. The taste is fresh, warm and rounded. Balanced and harmonious finish with a persistent aftertaste.
Recommendations: Ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to appetizers, fish, shellfish and white meats.
