Cermeño
Tinto

Robust earthy red made from the Tinta de Toro grape. It’s great richness and concentration derive from the use of 50 year old vines and using the “delestage” system, which extracts maximum flavors from the grape skins.
Recommendations: Red and white meat, wild game, poultry, strong cheeses, apéritifs.

Gran Cermeño
Crianza

A masculine red produced exclusively with the Tinta de Toro grape. It is made from free-run juices and matured for a year or more in American and Allier French casks. Richly flavorful with a long, pleasing tannic aftertaste
Recommendations: Red and white meat, wild game, poultry, strong cheeses, apéritifs.
